2008 CSA Share Options
- We've sold out of shares for the 2008 Spring Vegetable CSA. Please check back next year!
Spring Vegetable CSA (new this year!): This share option costs $150.00 and runs for 6 weeks, from May 9 to June 13. Weekly hoop house vegetables include spinach, lettuce mix, Asian greens and/or chard. Additional field-grown crops will include turnips, rhubarb, chives, and radishes. - Summer Vegetable CSA: This share option costs $550.00 and runs for 20 weeks, from June 16 to October 31. We ask for an initial deposit of $325.00, and then a later payment of $225 (on June 1). If this schedule is not optimal for you, we can discuss a different timeline - please contact us! See chart below for what you can expect to receive each week.

Summer Fruit CSA: This share option costs $75.00 and runs for 20 weeks, from June 16 to October 31. This share option is only available to Summer Vegetable CSA members. Last year shareholders received 2 pints of strawberries, 2 pints of raspberries, 1 pint of blueberries, 1 pint of black raspberries, 16 pears, 25 peaches, 1 pound of grapes and 3 melons. - Summer Flower CSA: This share option costs $50.00 and runs for 20 weeks, from June 16 to October 31. This share option is only available to Summer Vegetable CSA members. You can expect to receive 250 flowers over 10 weeks (intermittently throughout the season).

- Fall Vegetable CSA (new this year!): This share option costs $125.00 and runs for 5 weeks, from November 7 to December 5. Vegetables will include 5 lbs. each of potatoes, carrots and beets, 5 bunches of kale and collards, 5 cabbages, 5 squashes, also onions, parsley, cilantro, salad greens, parsnips, turnip greens, and leeks.
Pick-up Days and Times
Pick-up days in 2008 are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the Summer Vegetable, Fruit, and Flower CSA shares; Fridays for the Spring and Fall CSA shares. You can come between noon and 8 pm to pick-up your food.
Cooperative Pick-ups
Many shareholders come from out of town and some of those located in the same area pick up for one another on different weeks. We will internally publish the membership list for each CSA so that you can organize cooperative pick-ups amongst yourselves.
Recycling Department
We are quite happy to take the following items off your hands:
- waxed cardboard boxes
- grocery-sized paper and plastic bags
- quart-sized yogurt containers and lids.
